Can I ship to a P.O. box address?

We ship to P.O. box addresses via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail Express is NOT available because it requires your signature.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days for all in-stock items. If your order is on credit review, your order may be delayed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

What is your return policy?

Sambac jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

  • • Return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your package.
  • • Send us back the items in brand new condition with tags attached and original packaging.
  • • Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded nor exchanged.

You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Restocking fees may apply to those items that which do not meet return policy criteria. We make sure to inspect all items before they are shipped. Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and in natural stone colors are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the jewelry; these are not considered defects.

Please note a claim has to be filed within 7 days of receiving your order if it is defective, damaged, or incomplete upon arrival. Non-received claims have to be filed within 15 days of the date your order was shipped.

How do I return and exchange my order?

For returns and exchanges, please send the item to the address on the invoice. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

Can I exchange a ring if it doesn’t fit me?

Yes, you can return or exchange a ring if it doesn’t fit you. When you receive your purchased ring, please try it out until you are happy with the size, and comfort. However, If the item is damaged, you can no longer return it.

When will I get my refund/exchange?

Returns are processed in the order they are received. Once your return is received, it may take up to 7 days to process. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is completed.
